It can happen that the lotion pump occasionally malfunctions because an air pocket forms in the center of the cream. This is because the cream has a slightly thicker consistency, so it doesn't flow to the center on its own. You simply need to help it along a bit. Shake the bottle so that the product slides down, or place a thick towel on a firm surface and tap the bottle firmly against it (with the towel in between!). The cream will then slide towards the bottom, and after a few pumps, the cream should come out again. // Some of the labels are poorly glued, so they sometimes have air bubbles or creases. // During transport, some labels rubbed against each other, so there is some color abrasion visible on a few labels.
