Who is behind the product?
Who is behind the product?
More than ten years ago, the Dutch initiative Solidaridad had the idea of introducing organic cotton to the clothing market. They combined their experience with fair-trade fruit and coffee and set out to convince the giants of the denim industry to use organic cotton. However, since they were not interested, it was decided to launch an own label. Thus, in 2001, Kuyichi was born.

We provide information and are transparent
Our mission is to dispel the outdated image of imperfect B- and C-grade goods and inspire and motivate greater appreciation for these unique products. As an online shop, we don't just want to sell products; we consciously and transparently explain the flaws of each product under the heading "Why is this product included in 'With Imperfections'?"
We are not perfect
We want to show what better consumption can look like. We are leading by positive example, drawing attention to companies that follow our lead, and want to inspire other brands to take a different path.
We want to do better
We reuse cardboard boxes as often as possible.
