Almost all products are reduced compared to the normal retail price. This is because these are products that can no longer be sold through regular channels. We believe it would be a great shame to let such fantastic and unique products go unsold. That's why "With Quirks and Imperfections" is also a place for extraordinary products that you don't often find elsewhere.

The price labeled "original price" is the manufacturer's original price. Some of the products available from us are no longer offered by the manufacturers due to defects mentioned in the product description. The price labeled "ours" is the reduced price due to these described defects.

At "Mit Ecken und Kanten" you'll find sustainably and fairly produced goods that can no longer be sold in regular stores—a kind of outlet, but specifically for fair and sustainable products. The shop offers items that were originally samples, have a minor cosmetic flaw, are part of an older collection, or have vintage packaging. With this project, we wanted to create an opportunity to give just such products a second chance.

You can also purchase a gift voucher from us, which you can give as a present. The voucher will be sent to you, or directly to the recipient if you prefer, via email.
The voucher will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is paid for. For PayPal payments, this is very quick, as soon as PayPal confirms the payment as valid. For bank transfers, this can take a few business days.

Terms and conditions of participation and data protection
Mit Ecken und Kanten, Schleifweg 53, 90409 Nuremberg (hereinafter referred to as "Mit Ecken und Kanten"), is giving away the items listed on their Instagram page (instagram.com/miteckenundkanten_official). By participating in the giveaway, users agree to the following terms and conditions and content responsibility.
1. What can you win?
By participating, you have the chance to win the items mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/miteckenundkanten_official).
2. How can you win?
To enter the giveaway, simply reply to the giveaway post on the Instagram page (instagram.com/miteckenundkanten_official). The prize will be drawn from all eligible entries. Participation requires fulfilling the conditions stated in the post. Entries sent by mail will not be considered.
3. Over what period of time will the promotion take place?
The promotion starts after the post is published and ends on the date mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/miteckenundkanten_official).
4. Who can participate?
Participation is free and open to any natural person aged 18 or older. Participation requires providing accurate information relevant to the competition. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning, as they will be filtered and excluded from the draw.
5. Who is excluded from participation?
Mit Ecken und Kanten reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, multiple entries, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Mit Ecken und Kanten and participating companies, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
6. How are the winners determined?
The winner of "With Corners and Edges" will be determined from among all participants in an independent random draw.
7. How will I know if I have won?
The winner will be notified by direct message. This message will describe all further steps, such as how to submit the color selection, size, and shipping address to Mit Ecken und Kanten.
8. How do I receive my winnings?
Upon notification of their win, the winner will be asked to provide their shipping details to Mit Ecken und Kanten. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.
9. What happens if I don't respond after being notified that I've won?
Should a winner not contact Mit Ecken und Kanten within 48 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies if a winner provides Mit Ecken und Kanten with incorrect contact or shipping information, making it impossible to send the prize.
10. Reservation clause
Mit Ecken und Kanten reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Mit Ecken und Kanten will only exercise this right if, due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., computer viruses, manipulation, or hardware and/or software errors), or legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. In the event of premature termination of the competition, participants are not entitled to any claims for performance or damages. Mit Ecken und Kanten is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
11. Data Protection Regulations
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. Mit Ecken und Kanten stores and uses the collected data solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. All data will be deleted after the prize draw has ended.
12. Other
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In their place, a suitable provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. Mit Ecken und Kanten reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
13. Exemption from Instagram
This competition is organized by Mit Ecken und Kanten, Schwabacher Straße 510c, 90763 Fürth (organizer). It is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram. Information is provided to Mit Ecken und Kanten, not to Instagram.

No – but you can register in our shop and create a customer account. This gives you several advantages:
• You have an overview of your past and current orders.
• Your address will be saved for your next purchase, so you don't have to enter your details again.
- If you selected shop credit as your refund method for your return, you can view and redeem it in your customer account.
Simply log in – your current balance will be displayed under Profile . Your shop balance will then be automatically available as a payment method at checkout via the Shopping section.

You can return unused items (cosmetics and hygiene products only with an intact seal) within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed approximately 10 days after we receive your return, using the original payment method (unless you selected store credit as your refund).
Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Germany: €4.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- International: Return shipping costs can be selected according to local tariff (no automatic label is generated here)
- Note: For combined payments (e.g., voucher + card), the refund will be issued to the voucher first.
Here's how it works: Register your return in the RETURNS PORTAL with your order number and email address.
Note: Since September 25, 2025, shop credit will be directly credited to your customer account (no more codes will be sent).
Please note:
- Returns for domestic shipments only via the returns portal (automated return address)
- Mit Ecken und Kanten GmbH is only liable for loss if the generated label is used.
- Refunds may be delayed due to postal and bank processing times.
- You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been processed.

For organizational reasons, we process exchanges like returns. To initiate an exchange, please send the items you wish to exchange back to us. Instructions can be found under the "Returns" section. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we receive the returned items. In the meantime, you can order the products you would like instead from our shop as usual.

We only ship with DHL. The following conditions apply:

Domestic deliveries (Germany) & Austria:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria for orders over €69.00.
Deliveries to other European countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.99 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150.00.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1-2 days, and international deliveries take 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
