Register return & declare withdrawal
You can return or cancel unused items (cosmetics, toiletries only with an intact seal) within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be processed no later than 10 days after receipt of the return via the payment method used for the purchase (unless you have selected store credit as the refund method).
Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Germany: €4.99 will be deducted from the refund
- International: Return shipping costs can be chosen by you based on local rates (no automatic label is generated here)
- Note: In the case of split payments (e.g., voucher + card), the refund will be credited to the voucher first
How it works:
Register your return/cancellation in the RETURNS PORTAL with your order number and email address.
Note: Since 25.09.2025, store credit is credited directly to your customer account (no more code dispatch).
Please note regarding the free gift: If your order value drops below the respective minimum order value due to a return, the free gift will be charged at the regular retail price. Alternatively, you can return it to us along with your return shipment.
Please note:
- Returns for domestic shipments only via the returns portal (automated return address)
- In the event of loss, Mit Ecken und Kanten GmbH is only liable if the generated label is used
- Refunds may be delayed due to postal and bank processing times
- You will be informed by email as soon as your return has been processed
