Wildling Shoes was founded in 2015 by Anna and Ran Yona. After returning to Germany from Israel, the couple searched in vain for suitable shoes for their three children, who had until then primarily walked barefoot. None of the available models combined the requirements for freedom of movement, healthy foot development, and fair production conditions—so they simply developed the shoe themselves.
