- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
- Place a walnut-sized amount (approx. 3-4 g) of "Skin Food" onto the back of one hand and spread generously over both hands. The cream should remain visible on the backs of the hands and fingers.
- Put on gloves and leave the "Skin Food" on for 20 minutes (or overnight).
- Gently massage in any remaining residue.
