Shots and elixirs in various sizes offer a sense of calm, strength, or well-being. And a bundle of incense can make many a trouble evaporate… Incidentally, “Kruut” translates to weeds. And indeed, the name says it all, because the products combine all the positive properties of local superfoods like goutweed, nettle, and dandelion. Here’s to plant diversity! For too long, weeds have been neglected and banished from gardens and fields. (Just to give some people a piece of their mind…). Because: Kruut are good for you. The recipes also reflect a “back to the roots” approach. They are based on the millennia-old knowledge of herbal medicine.
For example, the ancient Greeks passed down the recipe for 'oxymel'. This is a tincture made from raw honey, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, and wild herbs. In that spirit: χαῖρε (Bon appétit)! What's in the box:
