Borosilicate glass expands significantly less than ordinary soda-lime glass during temperature changes and remains dimensionally stable where ordinary glass cracks. Despite its light weight, it is sturdy as well as taste- and odor-neutral. Disposal note: Borosilicate glass has a different melting point than packaging glass and therefore does not belong in the glass recycling container, but in the residual waste or at the recycling center.

Our mission is to dispel the outdated image of imperfect B- and C-grade goods and inspire and motivate greater appreciation for these unique products. As an online shop, we don't just want to sell products; we consciously and transparently explain the flaws of each product under the heading "Why is this product included in 'With Imperfections'?"
We are not perfect
We want to show what better consumption can look like. We are leading by positive example, drawing attention to companies that follow our lead, and want to inspire other brands to take a different path.
