When it comes to tableware, there are few materials more sustainable than enamel. Its production has a minimal environmental impact, and ultimately, it can be disposed of as scrap metal and is 100% recyclable. Due to the manufacturing process, no mug is flawless – there are always small imperfections in the enamel. That's simply part of its charm!
Enamel is a combination of glass and metal, so if, for example, it is dropped onto stone, it can chip, resulting in the typical enamel imperfections. Ultimately, these blemishes are part of the enamel's character and gradually make each mug unique.
