Kitchen paper without plastic. The 200 individual bamboo sheets come in a practical and stylish recycled cardboard dispenser, making them ready to use in a flash. When your box is running low, simply fold the two side flaps inwards. This pushes the remaining sheets forward for easy access.

Where does the bamboo come from?
The bamboo for these hygiene papers is grown in China and processed very close to the forests, thus avoiding unnecessarily long transport routes. Smooth Panda is aware that the country isn't perfect, but at the moment this production location makes the most sense. The Chinese have the greatest expertise when it comes to bamboo and operate in accordance with FSC regulations. However, it was clear from the beginning that Smooth Panda wanted to bring this powerful plant to Europe, which unfortunately hasn't been possible yet.
The goods are delivered by container ships that can hold 10,000 containers. The emissions generated for each container from the production site to the warehouse in northern Germany have been calculated and are offset by donations that go towards a project in Nigeria.
Why bamboo instead of wood?
Cutting down trees for toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels? No, thank you. Thanks to the incomparably soft bamboo fibers, you can now enjoy true premium quality while still protecting the world's forests. Bamboo doesn't die after being harvested! Instead, this powerful plant produces new shoots every year, which we can harvest for decades. Bamboo contains more cellulose than trees and grows significantly faster. No fertilizers or pesticides are needed for its cultivation, and we can harvest for the first time after just three years.
Why is this product included in the "With Edges and Corners" category?
The kitchen paper has minor cosmetic flaws and the packaging may be slightly damaged. However, it can be used perfectly normally.
Who is behind the product?
Smooth Panda is the first German brand of toilet paper, tissues, and kitchen paper made from 100% bamboo. The products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of unnecessary chemicals.
