We recommend gently placing the eye pillow on your eyes for a maximum of 20 minutes - whether during a Shakti session, a power nap or in your Shavasana.
But be careful: Do not use it for longer than 20 minutes, as increased pressure on the eyes over a longer period can lead to temporary blurred vision.
For a refreshing boost, simply place the eye pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for about 20 minutes – ideally in a bag or protective container. Once it has reached the desired temperature, you can enjoy the cool refreshment – turn it over after 10 minutes and use both sides.
Warning: Keep out of reach of pets and children. Do not microwave. Discard the pillow when worn or damaged. Do not swallow the contents.
