Description
The Shakti Back Belt offers precision acupressure that you can wear, serving as your portable acupressure solution for the lower back, pelvis, and abdomen. With the two-stage tension function, you can adjust pressure and fit independently—for targeted relief exactly where you need it.
The acupressure pad is equipped with 2,196 high-quality, sharp spikes made of medical-grade ABS plastic and can be repositioned or removed entirely as needed. This makes the belt ideal for use during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery.
The clever, discreet design adapts to you: wear it inconspicuously under your clothes, at home, on the go, or in the office. It fits in any bag while still providing solid support. In short: the back, abdomen, and waist belt is always there when you need it.

Place the back belt around your waist like a belt and fasten the inner straps. They keep everything securely in place. Position the spike pad so that it works exactly where you need it - firm, but comfortable.
Then the fine-tuning: Pull the outer tension straps forward to adjust the pressure of the spikes. Depending on the intensity, you will feel a warming, relaxing sensation. Wear the belt for 15-30 minutes - while sitting, walking, or during light activities.
Breathe calmly and evenly. Without the acupressure pad, you can also wear the belt all day as a support.
You can use it on your back or - for abdominal tension, bloating, or after childbirth - on your abdomen as well. Simply attach the spike pad to the Velcro surfaces at the front.
Tip: If you use it while sitting, put it on while sitting.
Contraindications: Consult a doctor before use if you have coagulation disorders, epilepsy, skin conditions, acute illnesses, cardiovascular problems, or thrombophlebitis.
Warning: Contains sharp spikes - use only as directed and with caution. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Clean the spike pad and belt separately by hand in cold water and let them air dry flat. The foam must not remain damp. Close the Velcro fasteners so that nothing gets caught. Do not dry clean. Not suitable for the dryer. Do not wear over delicate clothing - the spikes could damage it.

Welcome to Shakti's wonderfully weird world of wellbeing! This is where ancient Indian wisdom meets modern wellness. We invented it and have been selling it online ever since: the very first, original acupressure mat – basically a yoga retreat for your home. Just lie down and drift away. Back pain or sleep issues? Recovery after sports? Stress and inner restlessness? Shakti handles it. With over 9,000 5-star reviews, it's clear we're onto something – our spiky favorites are taking Germany, Austria, France, Spain, and Portugal by storm. The spirit of Shakti invites us to take life a little easier: to be curious, explore the unknown, and find joy in the unexpected. As a social impact brand, we support women in India in pursuing their own path and standing on their own two feet. At our female-only production facility in Varanasi, our craftswomen receive fair wages, private healthcare, and education for their daughters. That’s what makes karma fun. We are building a community for acupressure fans with engaging conversations, great content, and well-founded advice. We are convinced that our products will sustainably improve your health and wellbeing.
