Description
Your feet carry you through life—day after day, step by step. They are full of reflex points and meridians connected to your entire body. That is precisely why we have redeveloped our Footmat. The revised version allows you to stimulate these points in a targeted way—for more energy, better circulation, and noticeable relaxation. A little DIY foot reflexology massage, without the need for an appointment.
The new 25 mm thick memory foam layer adapts perfectly to the shape of your foot—from the ball to the heel. The 2,640 acupressure spikes activate your nervous system, promote recovery, and bring you back into balance, step by step. Measuring 44 × 32 × 3 cm, the mat is compact, versatile, and can be easily folded and stored thanks to its practical hook-and-loop fastener.
Whether in the morning for a fresh start, after sports for recovery, or in the evening to wind down: just a few minutes a day make a noticeable difference.

Here’s how it works: You can use the Shakti foot reflexology mat while sitting or standing – the only important thing is that your soles have contact with the spikes. You determine the intensity yourself: barefoot for a stronger effect or with socks for a gentle start. By shifting your body weight, you can individually adjust the pressure and target specific points more intensively. Whether in the morning for an energizing start, in between times for a quick relaxation, or in the evening for regeneration after a long day on your feet – just 5–15 minutes on the footpad are enough to feel the beneficial effects. The best part: Thanks to the elastic Velcro straps, the mat can be easily folded up and taken anywhere. Tip for beginners: Place your heels next to the mat first and slowly get used to it. Contraindications: Seek medical advice before use if you have blood clotting disorders, epilepsy, skin conditions, acute infections, cardiovascular problems, or thrombophlebitis. Warning: Contains sharp spikes – use only as intended and with caution. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Simply wipe clean with warm soapy water. Foam core is removable and hand-washable in cold water. Fold up after use.

Welcome to Shakti’s wonderfully weird world of wellbeing! This is where ancient Indian wisdom meets modern wellness. We invented it and have been selling it online ever since: the very first, original acupressure mat – basically a yoga retreat for your home. Simply lie down and drift away. Back pain? Sleep problems? Post-workout recovery? Stress and inner restlessness? Shakti handles it. With over 9,000 5-star reviews, it’s clear: our prickly favorites are taking Germany, Austria, France, Spain, and Portugal by storm. At the same time, the spirit of Shakti invites us to take life a little easier: to be curious, explore the unknown, and find joy in the unexpected. As a social impact brand, we support women in India in pursuing their dreams and standing on their own two feet. In our female-only production facility in Varanasi, our craftswomen receive fair wages, private healthcare, and education for their daughters. That’s how karma gets fun. We are building a community for acupressure fans with engaging conversations, great content, and well-founded advice. We are convinced that our products will sustainably improve your health and wellbeing.
