Why is this product included in the "Mit Ecken und Kanten" category?
The mittens have loosely sewn thread ends, which may cause loose threads. This does not affect their function. TIP: The loose thread can be pulled to the inside with a needle. The logo may also be missing.

Who is behind the product?
Times have changed for Popeia – basics like socks have evolved from boring must-haves to absolute must-haves. But especially when searching for cool socks that perfectly complement casual sneaker looks, the founders Sara & Anna of Popeia once again found themselves in front of one of the classic fast fashion shelves with cheap 10-packs. Online, they were overwhelmed by garish and colorful socks, and sensible alternatives were only found in the men's section. With their
1 Edition Popeia sock, they've launched their own initiative and are now diligently developing new products to offer a suitable alternative from head to toe.

We provide information and are transparent
Our mission is to dispel the outdated image of imperfect B- and C-grade goods and inspire and motivate greater appreciation for these unique products. As an online shop, we don't just want to sell products; we consciously and transparently explain the flaws of each product under the heading "Why is this product included in 'With Imperfections'?"
We are not perfect
We want to show what better consumption can look like. We are leading by positive example, drawing attention to companies that follow our lead, and want to inspire other brands to take a different path.
We want to do better
Conserving resources is an essential part of our everyday work as an online shop and of the entire concept behind Mit Ecken und Kanten. We reuse cardboard boxes as often as possible because they still serve their purpose perfectly and do not need to be thrown away after just one use.
