Sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes before first use.
1. Fold the cup and insert it. Let it pop open once it's fully inserted. If you feel it hasn't fully opened, grasp the bottom of the cup and gently twist it. Then, gently pull on the stem – if you feel resistance, the suction has been created and the cup is properly seated.
2. You can now leave the cup in for up to 12 hours.
3. To remove the cup, gently pull on the stem until you can reach the bottom. Gently squeeze the cup to release the pressure and pull it out. Empty it into the toilet and clean it with a wipe or toilet paper, or rinse it with water before reinserting it.
After your period: Boil the cup in water for 3-5 minutes or use an OrganiWipe to disinfect it. You can then simply store it in the cotton bag until the next use.
