Description
Use your OM YA Design yoga bolster to vary asanas and relieve tension in your back, neck, joints, shoulders, torso, and head. It gently stretches your body, opening your chest and back. You can also use it as a seat cushion, for example, during meditation, or as a relaxing support during pregnancy or postpartum.

The OM YA Design yoga bolsters are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton canvas. The inserts are filled with spelt husks from the Hamburg region.
Care: The cover is washable at 30 degrees.
Please do not put in the dryer.

The Hamburg-based label OM YA was founded by the married couple Kristina and Malte. With their yoga products, they aim to bring more relaxation and mindfulness into our everyday lives.
