If you're unsure which strength you need, mantrafant always recommends sizes S, M, and L. This ensures you have the right band for all exercises. To give you an idea of the other sizes: XS is very light (for example, shoulder exercises/rotator cuff training) and XL is very strong (for pull-up training at 100kg+).
