Instead of throwing away your disposable menstrual product after use, the Lunette menstrual cup is reusable and lasts for years. A true alternative to disposable products. Lunette menstrual cups are made of medical-grade silicone. The Lunette cup is easy to insert, comfortable to wear, and can be used for up to 8 hours. When it's time to empty the cup, simply empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup thoroughly, and reuse it. Press the Lunette cup together to flatten it, then fold it in half again to form a C-shape. Find a comfortable position and relax. Hold the folded cup firmly and insert it into the vagina, rim first. To check that the cup has fully opened, run a clean finger along the base – it should be round. The Lunette should be emptied about 2-4 times a day and can be used for up to 8 hours. Grasp the base of the cup. To release the suction, squeeze the base firmly. After emptying, clean the cup thoroughly, and it's ready to use again. Boil for a few minutes at the end of your period and before your next period.

Lunette menstrual cup was founded in 2005 by Heli Kurjanen in Finland. Heli developed Lunette for a better fit and secure hold. All Lunette products are carefully packaged by hand with love in their home country of Finland.
