The ergonomic Zafu meditation cushion
The ergonomic crescent shape of the cushion provides an ideal seating surface for sitting with crossed legs in the lotus or Burmese position. With a diameter of 35 cm and a standard seat height of approximately 15 cm, the cushion is versatile; the easily removable cover, thanks to its zipper, allows for individual adjustment of the filling and thus the seat height.
Ergonomic design, materials and workmanship
Made from organic fabric in a classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colors. Manufactured according to high social standards (GOTS certified). Specially heat-treated and particularly lightweight organic spelt husks (from controlled organic cultivation) from Germany adapt perfectly to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.
