The ergonomic Zafu meditation cushion
The ergonomic crescent shape of the cushion provides an ideal seating surface for sitting with crossed legs in the lotus or Burmese position. With a diameter of 35 cm and a standard seat height of approximately 15 cm, the cushion is versatile; the easily removable cover, thanks to its zipper, allows for individual adjustment of the filling and thus the seat height.
Ergonomic design, ecological materials and workmanship
Made from robust organic fabric in a classic design with sewn-in lotus embroidery. Available in many inspiring colors. Manufactured according to high social and environmental standards (GOTS certified). Specially heat-treated and particularly lightweight organic spelt husks (from controlled organic cultivation) from Germany adapt perfectly to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.
