The ergonomic yoga cushion from Lotuscrafts for the lotus position aligns the spine and provides an ideal seat for sitting with crossed legs in the lotus or Burmese pose. With a slightly lower seat height of approximately 12 cm, the cushion is particularly suitable for more flexible individuals. The easily removable cover, thanks to its zipper, allows for individual adjustment of the filling and therefore the seat height.
Specially heat-treated and particularly light spelt husks (organic) from Germany adapt ideally to any sitting position and support a stable and comfortable posture.
