The Lotuscrafts DHARMA meditation bench promotes an upright posture during meditation. Beautifully designed and foldable, it is crafted in Europe from solid beechwood. It supports an upright posture in meditation. The angled seat tilts the pelvis slightly forward, thus supporting spinal alignment and facilitating deep abdominal breathing. To protect your knees, we recommend practicing on a soft surface.
