For anyone looking for an alternative to coffee: "Magic Brew" from kruut contains invigorating ingredients that have been brewed as a vital morning ritual for millennia. After all, wild plant powders have a long tradition!
Since the original coffee bean was difficult to obtain during times of crisis, alternatives were needed. For "Muckefuck," the roots of various wild herbs and grains, or barley malt and tree fruits, were used. During roasting, the inulin they contain is transformed into oxymethylfurfural, which tastes like coffee. Without caffeine. But the nutrients and proteins from the plant are still present in the drink. Invigorating, delicious, and locally sourced.

Bring one scoop of (plant-based) milk to a boil in a saucepan. Froth and enjoy warm. Also ideal as a baking ingredient, in smoothies, or as a unique addition to regular coffee. Simply mix 50/50 with regular coffee. Our tip: Delicious with frothed oat milk!
