KORA MIKINO developed the Serena high-waisted postpartum panties specifically for the flow after childbirth. With the Dermatest guarantee seal, they reliably protect you so you can focus on your baby. The waistband is super soft and won't dig into your post-baby belly. Hello, Mama!

  • Panty material: 90% MicroModal made from beech wood, 10% elastane
  • SmartLayers material: 67% recycled polyester, 33% MicroModal from beech wood and 80% cotton, 20% recycled polyester
  • Production: The postpartum panties are manufactured entirely in Germany.
Use and care: The panties can be worn for up to 12 hours. After that, we recommend rinsing them first with cold water. Then they can be machine washed at 40 degrees on a gentle cycle with other laundry. It's best to let them air dry.
We recommend waiting one to two weeks after giving birth before wearing postpartum panties. However, if you wish to use them immediately, we recommend using postpartum pads in addition to them to avoid frequent changes.
