The "Voyager" mat from JadeYoga is extra thin (1.6 mm), extra light (680 g) and foldable to the size of a yoga block for easy storage in a suitcase or backpack.
This mat is perfect for yogis on the go or those who prefer direct contact with the ground. The Voyager mat has only one side for practice; the other, mesh-like side provides stability.
Don't expect cushioning from the Voyager, but it's the best mat if you have limited storage space or want to use it on top of another studio mat.
Scent of the Jade Mat:
The mats are made of natural rubber, which has a very characteristic odor. This is completely harmless and will dissipate over time. Regularly airing the mat thoroughly will help. However, a slight residual odor will remain, and its intensity will vary from person to person. It is important to note that this odor is not a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered by the warranty.

Although the mats are 99% latex-free, minimal traces of latex proteins may still be present because they are made from natural rubber sourced directly from rubber trees. Therefore, we recommend that people with latex allergies avoid contact with them.

Wipe the mat weekly with a damp cloth (water only!). For intensive practice, wipe after every use.
For a deeper clean, we recommend our all-natural, plant-based mat cleaner. This was specially developed for natural rubber yoga mats.
Do not use or dry the mat outdoors. Sunlight and UV light damage natural rubber.
Never use alcohol, essential oils, soap, detergents, or other cleaning agents on your mat.
Never put the mat in the washing machine or dryer.
