Airing your laundry instead of washing it saves water and energy and extends the life of your garments. Use our laundry bag to protect your clothes and prevent fibers from escaping. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure you clean it thoroughly and throw away any lint. Never rinse it in water, as we don't want the fibers ending up in lakes or oceans. Machine wash cold. Use mild, environmentally certified detergents and an appropriate amount. Avoid fabric softener. It's not only harmful to the environment but also negatively impacts the performance of your clothes, especially moisture-wicking and breathability. Do not tumble dry. This puts unnecessary strain on both the garment and the environment. Most polyester garments dry quickly anyway. Hang to dry.
