Nature meets mindfulness. INSPIRED BY NATURE is a holistic planner that connects inner and outer worlds. A nature compass, bullet journal, and planner all in one. Experience the healing power of nature, get to know yourself better, and plan appointments and to-dos.
What makes INSPIRED BY NATURE so special are the twelve plant portraits of native wild and medicinal plants. Each portrait consists of a naturalistic illustration, interesting facts about the plant, and a recipe. The portraits encourage readers to observe nature attentively and consciously, thereby harnessing its positive effects on mental health. Furthermore, trying out the recipes fosters a sense of self-efficacy, which positively impacts self-esteem. The plant portraits were created in collaboration with twelve herbal experts from Austria and Germany.
The minimalist design of INSPIRED BY NATURE allows for individual use and creative customization. The approach here is that the planner adapts to the needs of the users as much as possible, rather than the other way around.
The calendar section can be used as a bullet journal or gratitude journal, for appointments, notes, to-dos, or reminders. A link in the book leads to a growing collection of mindfulness and reflection exercises from which users can choose.

This yearly planner is partially returned to us due to minor cosmetic flaws on the cover or overproduction. These flaws include either too much or too little ink during embossing, a few stains, scratches, or other minor imperfections. Some of these flaws are barely noticeable. The overproduction copies are even flawless. The monthly and weekly overviews do not have dotted guide lines, contrary to what is shown in the pictures.

GRÜNSPIRIERT is a sole proprietorship from Lower Austria, founded by Viktoria Pfeiffer in August 2023. Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign, the first edition of VON DER NATUR INSPIRIERT (INSPIRED BY NATURE) was produced. The focus is on the connection between indoors and outdoors.

Conserving resources is an essential part of our daily work as an online shop and of the entire core concept of Mit Ecken und Kanten. For example, we reuse cardboard boxes, as they still perfectly serve their purpose and don't need to be thrown away after just one use.
