Application: Remove the cream bar from the packaging, warm it slightly in your hands, and gently rub it onto the affected areas or your entire hand. Set the cream aside and massage it into your hands. Note: You only need a very small amount of cream, as the ingredients are very rich. Gradually work your way up to the ideal amount. It's better to reapply cream as needed initially.
