Application: In your morning ritual: Start your day with a glass of warm water and add a few drops of propolis to support your body. In your skincare routine: Mix propolis into your daily moisturizer or apply it directly to your skin. On the go: Carry a small bottle of diluted propolis with you to use as a mouthwash when needed. Warnings: Bee products have a high allergenic potential. Anyone allergic to bee or wasp stings should avoid these products. The same applies to pregnant and breastfeeding women.
