Morning routine: If you wish to take the tincture for activation, you can do so neat. If the taste is too strong, it is recommended to drizzle the tincture on bread or mix it with honey or yogurt. You can also mix the tincture with water or tea. Note: Due to the resinous nature of propolis, the tincture does not dissolve completely in water. Skin care: Dab a maximum of five drops onto affected areas of skin. Alternatively, you can mix a few drops into your face or body cream. When applying the tincture to specific areas of the face, it is recommended to use it before going to bed to avoid any visible residue during the day. Oral care: Mix the tincture with water and use it as a gargle. In a diffuser: Add a few drops to a diffuser to freshen the air. Warnings: Bee products have a high allergenic potential. Anyone allergic to bee or wasp stings should avoid these products. The same applies to pregnant and breastfeeding women. Interactions with anticoagulant medications are possible. If you have a known allergy to bee products, please consult a doctor or naturopath before use.
