To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Fairtrade in Germany, FAIR SQUARED has launched a special series of soaps developed by Syrian soap master Mohamad Khiro from Aleppo. The focus is on Fairtrade ingredients such as coffee, tea, shea butter, and coconut. These ingredients are handcrafted into solid body, face, shaving, and hand soaps, which are offered in anniversary packaging.
FAIR SQUARED soaps are distinguished by their longevity, space-saving design, eco-friendliness, and complete biodegradability. These handmade Fairtrade anniversary soaps are consistently free of colorants, preservatives, microplastics, plastic packaging, palm oil, and petrochemicals. They contain only high-quality, natural, and certified organic Fairtrade ingredients, thus qualifying as sustainable natural cosmetics. Furthermore, they are vegan, halal, and produced using the traditional cold process method.
The soaps are part of the Fairtrade campaign "The Talking Products". A video about the origin and production of the soaps is hidden behind the QR code on the packaging.
A particular highlight of the series is the coffee shaving soap. It ensures a safe, pleasant, and smooth shave, is suitable for daily wet shaving, and helps prevent blemishes. At the same time, it nourishes the skin and leaves a light, pleasant coffee scent.
The soaps are packaged in minimalist paper boxes and are 100% zero waste. By using natural, vegan, and fair-trade ingredients, they contribute to enabling small-scale farmers and workers in the producing countries to invest in a sustainable future.
