The Hamburg-based start-up EL ORIGEN was founded by Gordon in August 2019. As true Latin America enthusiasts, Gordon and his team celebrate not only its culinary diversity, but also its breathtaking nature and the vibrant people who call it home. And that's precisely where their crazy idea came from: with incredibly delicious chips made from plantain and cassava, they wanted to make the world a better place.
