Description

Five minutes a day for more self-love and gratitude! Not every day is a good day. But most days are better than you think! That's why it's worth pausing for a moment and asking yourself: What good things happened today? What am I grateful for? With "A Good Day," you'll cultivate mindfulness and (self-)appreciation every day.
"A Good Day" from Ein guter Plan offers you a page each day to keep a journal, express gratitude, and boost your self-esteem. First, you enter the date and circle the day of the week. Next to it, you'll find a quote each day that will inspire you to varying degrees. Half a page is provided for your personal journal. Here, you can freely write down what you appreciate about the day. Whether you use full sentences, bullet points, or elaborate lists, it's entirely up to you. Below that, you can cultivate your self-esteem by writing down what you did particularly well today. Reflecting on this is therapeutic and can be truly enjoyable, especially on days when you feel like you haven't accomplished anything. At the bottom, you'll find a mindfulness indicator. Next to it, you'll find your habit tracker and space for sleep patterns or personal metrics you'd like to monitor. On the left, you'll also find a mindfulness tip that explains psychological phenomena or offers small suggestions for incorporating more mindfulness into your daily life. On the right-hand side, there's space for notes and flashes of inspiration. If you don't have enough room to write in your diary, you'll find plenty of blank pages at the end of "A Good Day" for all your thoughts. You can mark the relevant page in a small circle.
