Extreme durability meets ultimate comfort – that's what the " Quaxi Kork" from Doghammer combines . With the Quaxi Kork, you won't want to wear any other shoe this summer. The anatomically shaped footbed provides secure support. Additional cushioning keeps your feet comfortable even on longer hikes and also prevents punctures from sharp stones or roots. The natural cork upper ensures a non-slip grip and a pleasant foot climate . The slightly wider strap sits between the heel and midfoot, effectively wrapping around your foot and preventing your heel from slipping out. The strap is sewn together from several individual pieces, and a special reinforcement material between the wool felt and denim lining provides additional stability and shape retention. A thoughtfully designed toe post eliminates any concerns about blisters between your toes. At the heart of the microfiber-covered toe post is a soft wool yarn that molds to your toes with wear.

Who is behind the product?

As avid hikers themselves, founders Maximilian and Matthias longed for an outdoor-ready sandal that would provide breathable footwear while still offering secure support. And so, the first Doghammer flip-flop was born. Since then, the collection has expanded to include hiking and approach shoes, sneakers, and hut slippers. Their vision is to produce hiking and outdoor footwear that leaves the smallest, most transparent, and most ecological footprint possible. They achieve this through fair production in Europe and Rosenheim, short transport routes, the use of natural and recycled materials, and a strong connection to nature and team spirit!
