The Maia ring in silver is inspired by the ancient Mayan mythology of Mexico. Its geometric design is derived from the traditional Mayan calendar, which served as divine guidance for the ancestors of the artisans. The collection was designed in collaboration with the young artisan Valentina Huete from Mexico City.
The ring is ethically handcrafted in Mexico and made from recycled .925 sterling silver. The surface is smooth, durable, and has a timeless shine.

CANO was founded in 2016 by childhood friends Philipp Mayer and Lukas Pünder from Düsseldorf, inspired by their time in Mexico and the local shoemaking tradition. The brand stands for sustainably and fairly produced huaraches, handcrafted in Mexican family workshops – with complete transparency thanks to their innovative retraced tool.
