Fine apple balsamic vinegar made with apples from organic orchards forms the basis of this exquisite balsamic vinegar. Byodo's organic vinegar is not heated to preserve valuable enzymes and flavor compounds. Fruity concentrate of fresh pear juice and ginger extract gives the balsamic its exciting flavor.
With its sweet, slightly spicy flavor, the balsamic vinegar is excellent for deglazing risotto or as a marinade for mushrooms or beets. A splash of it in mineral water transforms it into a delicious refreshing drink.
