brushmeetspaper is a Bavarian design studio that has been celebrating the love of lettering and hand-lettered designs since 2014. All designs are hand-lettered with plenty of watercolor, heart, and humor. High-quality prints and the finest paper are just as essential as vibrant colors and inspiring quotes that either empower, make you smile, or make you think. Discover the latest lettering designs as prints, for example, on postcards and posters, or on mugs, sticky notes, or order an original design just for you – for every occasion and guaranteed to be unique.

We provide information and are transparent
Our mission is to dispel the outdated image of imperfect B- and C-grade goods and inspire and motivate greater appreciation for these unique products. As an online shop, we don't just want to sell products; we consciously and transparently explain the flaws of each product under the heading "Why is this product included in 'With Imperfections'?"
We are not perfect
We want to show what better consumption can look like. We are leading by positive example, drawing attention to companies that follow our lead, and want to inspire other brands to take a different path.
We want to do better
Conserving resources is an essential part of our everyday work as an online shop and of the entire concept behind Mit Ecken und Kanten. We reuse cardboard boxes as often as possible because they still serve their purpose perfectly and do not need to be thrown away after just one use.
