The ECO4 sneaker proves that sustainability in shoe production doesn't have to compromise functionality and design. The durable upper is made from recycled cotton fabrics and recycled polyester, while the stitched sole gives recycled plastic a new life and, thanks to the blend with natural rubber, offers exceptional comfort. Insoles made from cork and recycled materials provide extra cushioning. Even the laces are made from recycled polyester with metal end caps, guaranteeing long-lasting durability. The sneaker's natural white color makes it incredibly versatile – whether worn casually with jeans or dressed up with a dress or chinos.
The ECO4 sneaker is a climate-neutral product. Through the consistent use of high-quality recycled materials and, wherever possible, local sourcing, bleed clothing has managed to reduce the CO2 footprint per shoe to under 4 kg. The remaining 4 kg of CO2 are climate-neutralized through ClimatePartner certification. This supports the development of a large forest project in Kenya, thus combating climate change and preserving vital habitats.
The White Rabbit Edition is a collaborative product with the animal rights organization PETA, recognizable by the rabbit logo on the sole and heel cap.
