Prolonged sitting and repetitive movements can negatively affect our posture – and lead to back pain. The posture trainer supports better posture and reminds you to consciously align your shoulders optimally. It doesn't force you into a particular posture, but rather gently nudges you back to an upright position whenever your shoulders slump forward. Wearing the back trainer strengthens the muscles in your upper back. By ensuring your shoulders are properly aligned, you can prevent pain.
Wear the back trainer discreetly under your clothing and easily integrate it into your daily routine during sitting or standing activities, for example at your desk, while walking or cooking.
The POSTURE brace is made of lightweight and comfortable material. The shoulder straps feature spacer fabric for improved ventilation. The brace is available in two sizes (S/M/L and XL/XXL). The hook-and-loop fastener allows for further individual adjustment for a perfect fit. When properly adjusted, the BLACKROLL® POSTURE allows full freedom of movement and provides a gentle reminder to actively maintain an upright posture. Despite the brace, the body's muscles must work independently to straighten, resulting in a gentle form of exercise.
