The BLACKROLL® RESIST BAND was developed to make innovations in modern athletic training accessible to everyone. The resistance bands are designed to meet professional demands while also being suitable for amateurs. They are strong, stretchy, robust, and tear-resistant, yet pleasantly soft to the touch. The included flexible cuff (7 x 5 cm) allows for quick and easy attachment of the band around the hips for modern acceleration, sprint, and running technique training, without causing any chafing.
