Description

The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND is specifically designed for training small muscle chains. Targeted training of these muscles can reduce your risk of injury and improve your posture. At the same time, the fitness band engages muscles that are often neglected or only minimally used in other sports. As a flexible and portable training tool, the LOOP BAND can be used anywhere you want to work out. This could be at home, during your lunch break at the office, or in the park after work. The carefully designed fitness band is 32 centimeters long and can be used for a variety of exercises. It is made of a textile material that ensures greater training comfort. The textiles used are also particularly skin-friendly and maintain a pleasant feel even after extended use.

Before each workout, you should check the resistance band for damage and only use undamaged material. Start your workout slowly using a BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND with low resistance. Gradually, you can increase the intensity of your exercises and switch to models with higher resistance. A slow and steady pace is important when performing your exercises. Also, pay attention to even breathing. Exhale during the most strenuous part of the exercise with the BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDs. If you experience pain, you should stop your workout immediately and seek medical advice.
