The BLACKROLL® TWIN combines our classic BLACKROLL® STANDARD fascia roller and the DUOBALL 12 fascia ball. Thanks to the cutout in the middle, the TWIN is particularly suitable as a back roller, as it avoids direct contact with the spine during rolling. Compared to our DUOBALL, the contact surfaces on the left and right are wider. This means the fascia massage on both sides of the spine is more widespread and less focused on specific points. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for areas of back pain that cover a larger area.
Furthermore, the twisting of the material in the central web of the TWIN stimulates the skin and tissue, especially when used on the legs and arms. Thus, the TWIN can be used not only for relaxation or mobility, but also for muscle activation. This applies particularly to areas of the body such as the back and thoracic spine.
