The BLACKROLL® DUO-FASCIA BALL 08 is the perfect massage tool for self-treatment of the back. This BLACKROLL® ball combines two fascia balls to perfect the massage of the thoracic and cervical spine. You can massage parallel muscle groups not only simultaneously, but also evenly. The spinous processes are not touched because the fascia balls run directly alongside the spine.
Due to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms, and shoulders. It does not touch bony structures. Unlike the DUOBALL 12 massage ball, this fascia ball has a smaller diameter of 8 centimeters, making it suitable for targeted self-massage.
