The fascia ball specifically loosens tense muscles to improve circulation, mobility, and performance. The connective tissue structures of the muscles (fascia) can also be responsible for pain caused by repetitive movements or sedentary activities. This pain is often located in the lower back and buttocks. By leaning against a wall or lying on the floor, you can easily massage these pain points with the fascia ball. Exercises with the BALL 12
The BALL 12 fascia ball is not only the perfect massage tool for a relaxing massage – it's also suitable as an exercise device for beneficial fascia training to prevent muscle pain and restricted movement. By combining the BALL 12 with the BALL 08, you can optimally vary the intensity of your fascia massage. The BALL 12 is incredibly versatile. You can use the ball to gently massage your arms and legs. The pressure on the surrounding tissue increases even more when you lean the BALL 12 against a wall or lie on the floor. By the way: Due to its small surface area, the BALL 12 is primarily used for treating hotspots, also known as trigger points.
